Our in-store colleagues are the lifeblood of the Topps Tiles business. They go to extraordinary lengths to help customers bring their ideas to life and make their tiling projects happen.

There's no big secret to how they do that. It's customer service. Outstanding, leave-the-store-smiling customer service. It's listening. Understanding. Inspiring. It's being a specialist and offering clear, expert advice.

What we're looking for

We look for personality over experience. You don't need tile or DIY experience to work in a store. You really don't. Providing you're enthusiastic, outgoing, passionate, team-spirited and willing to learn, we'll take care of the rest. Of course, sales are important. But they come through great customer service. Deliver the service and the sales will follow – as will bonuses and uncapped commission opportunity.
