You'll know retail. You'll know P&L. You'll have an impressive track record of delivering outstanding customer service and great financial results. You're commercially aware with the business acumen to keep ahead of your competition and set your store apart. A natural from-the-front leader who will drive performance through your team through clear leadership, coaching and people management.

Your background should be retail but the emphasis needs to be on customer service not hard sell. We're specialists – which is why customers come to us. And that means actively advising and inspiring customers, pointing them in the right direction. You'll also need to be an excellent leader and know a thing or two about retail management.
