Together with the Store Manager you'll become a management team that will inspire, lead and develop a small store team, delivering unbeatable customer service while driving sales and profitability. As well as making sure that your store works like clockwork and is beautifully presented, you'll help team members to become product experts and give them the confidence (and know-how) to make the most of sales opportunities.

We're not looking for tile expertise. It's a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences that matters most. You've a can-do, will-do attitude. You'll need to be focused, ambitious and commercially switched-on. If you've mentored, coached or helped to develop a team, even better.
