Our Head Office in Leicester supports our national operation and network.

One big 190-strong team working together to make sure that our 350+ stores (a figure that's only going to get bigger) and the people who work in them have the tools they need to serve our customers. That means everything from high quality on-trend products to the latest real-time stock control systems to eye-catching in-store displays.

Finance, Marketing, Buying, Central Operations, HR, Property, Customer Service, IT – every function you'd expect from an ambitious, dynamic, multi-million pound retail business.

It's a fast-moving, let's-try-it kind of place too. Small teams putting new ideas into action and getting things done. And new ideas are important to us. If it's good for the customer, it's good by us.

How do we get our tiles, adhesives and accessories into our stores and out to our customers? Especially when you consider that we have more than 350 stores across the UK, from Truro in Cornwall, to Perth in Scotland, Belfast in Northern Ireland, to Llanelli in Wales. Meet the Distribution heroes working in our two distribution centres in Leicester.

Here we pick the products, dispatch them and deliver them to our stores – and we deliver to every single Topps Tiles store twice a week. That's a lot of deliveries and a lot of logistics.
