This is a new role with a pivotal part to play in building our brand, ensuring that our digital marketing and social media activity is effective and market-leading, as well as providing data and insight to the business.
-Management of our social media accounts across Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Instagram and any other relevant social media channels.
This will include content generation, advertising, daily interaction and management of any customer enquiries.
-Generate new website content and keep all product and company information up-to-date to ensure our website is market-leading.
-Developing strategies to increase the number of website visitors through SEO.
-Track and analyse social media/website data, providing regular insight that can help guide other business decisions.
-Management of our e-marketing schedule, building and sending emails to our client databases as well as maintaining the database to ensure we are having regular, relevant dialogue with our clients.
-Management of online leads system to ensure efficient distribution to sales team.
-Keeping our digital asset library organised for optimum use.
-Keeping up-to-date with current digital trends and suggesting new ideas to enhance the digital strategy of the organisation.
-Supporting the Marketing Manager with other marketing activities as and when required.
-Demonstrable experience (2 years+) of using social media in a professional capacity and running email marketing campaigns in a Marketing Assistant/Executive/Coordinator role
-Engaging professional approach

-Excellent copy writing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail

-Knowledge and experience of paid search e.g. Google AdWords
-Knowledge and experience of search engine optimisation
-Experience in using design software e.g. Adobe Photoshop to create online content
Salary is £22,000 basic, plus up to 20% bonus. Excellent benefits including 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays), contributory pension scheme and laptop.
Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We offer flexible working, core hours are between 9.30-4.00.
